Christmas Presents

Here are some of the Christmas presents I made this year..... Wanted to try the no outline style, and I'm loving it!

First Post!

So I thought I'd finally join in on the fun and post what I've been working on this past little bit. This character will eventually be animated acting like the little paper-clip in microsoft word (300px high or so), but all soccer-like YAY!

Merry Belated Christmas!!!

Figured I should post this sooner rather than later! :P
Was awesome seeing everyone's illustrations for the Christmas card challenge! Great idea, Jess!

Race-y Friday

Here is a lil' pin up number for Friday ;)

Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas!  And thank you Jess for kicking peoples butts into action!

Merry Holidays

Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks so much to all who accepted my challenge you really made my Holidays happy :D

cheers
Jess

Christmas Elf

My disgruntled lil Christmas Elf.......... Happy Holidays!

Lunchtime sketcheroo

Really trying to get back into the habit of drawing more regularly, even if just sketches.  Christmas is always really inspiring to me, so I had a go at Santa in a few different styles.  And a smarmy guy.

It's not a drawing.. but it counts as art!

Well, I haven't drawn anything in a while.. I've really been slacking D:  But I have been doing artsy things! I can prove it!  Anyway.. I hope it's alright to post this, since it's not a drawing or a sketch. This is what has taken the place of my sketchbook at the moment..

These are what I managed to produce out of a pottery wheel (throwing) class I took with Tobey in November.  It was a lot of fun, and really relaxing.

The vase was a total fluke..

Been trying to do a speed paint daily, usually taking 1-3hrs. These are some of the results.

SS....soccer socks!

A team mate of mine had the most awesome stripped socks for soccer... I had to draw 'em! I think the stripes made her play faster like racing stripes :D

winter white-out

Winter has come with a fury this year. I'm ready but not willing :P

UUUuuugggly sweater time!

It's that time of year again...pull out those ugly sweaters and look for your invite! This year will be the ugliest yet :D

That time of year!

Yes, Christmas is coming and it would be so wonderfully awesome if we all illustrated our own cards this year and collected em all!
Who's with me? Can't wait to see all your wonderful x-mas art :D

Water Girl (work in progress)

Thought I'd challenge myself at lunch today with a little photo manipulation. Still a work in progress. I want to add more water effects. Let me know what you think!

Typography Art

I'm still a real artist if I do typography art, right?

This is a WIP but it's the first of a series I want to do. Eventually I'll get them all printed and framed for our house.

Critiques are most welcome! :D

Mop dog

I want a fuzzy mop puppy. =(

Inx.Kells

I didn't realize that when I deleted my e-mail from this blog to post under a new one that it would delete all the pictures I posted.. oh well..

I loved watching The Secret Of Kells. So here's a little something done in the same style (or at least attempting to mimic it..)
